Welcome!

Proudly serving since 2014

Welcome Spring! As with all things bursting forth new, the 2026 County/Borough Real Estate Taxes have popped up. If you did not get your copy of the bill, please call or email to receive a copy. Even if your mortgage company escrows for you, by law you should receive a copy of your taxes. It is recommended to keep a copy.

The answers to most of your questions can be found on the front AND the back of your bill. Still, I am happy to help you in any way I can and enjoy hearing from you!

REMINDER: Please do NOT drop off payments at my home unless you have called first for an appointment to hand them to me personally. The post office could fine you for putting it in the mailbox, and anywhere else you leave it, its safety cannot be guaranteed. Thank you!

Online Payments Discontinued

Online Payments are no longer available. After an exhaustive attempt to make this work, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. There are still many easy ways to pay! Please see our Payments Options page for further details by clicking here.

Taxpayer Tips

Moving Within the UPSD District

If you are moving within the UPSD District, you might be transferred to a new Tax Collector. Please inform your current Tax Collector.

This can take time to process. Your patience is appreciated!

Bank Checks

Automated Bank Checks will not be accepted without a copy of the Bill in order to ensure proper processing.

NO Personal Checks after December 15th

Tax Collectors cannot take personal checks after December 15th of the collecting year due to the time it takes for the check to clear the bank.

Cashier’s Checks, Money Orders and Cash are acceptable payments after December 15th.

NEVER Leave a Payment at the Home Office/Make An Appointment

Please never leave payments outside my home or in the mailbox. They have disappeared for months only to be found at a neighbor’s home across the block. They can also get stolen, blown away, lost. The Post Office has asked that only stamped mail be put in the mail box, and they could exact fines. Please make an appointment to hand deliver any payments.

Stamped Paid Copies

To get a stamped copy of your Tax Bill, please make sure to send an self addressed stamped envelope, and TWO copies of your bill. One is needed for processing.

Did You Know?

You are responsible for receiving your bill. The County, Borough and School District will not be held accountable for your unpaid taxes. Call your Tax Collector if you do not receive your bill shortly after the issue date.

Did You Know?

This Tax Collector does not get paid salary or hourly, only for the taxes they process, certifications and mailing extra bill copies.

Did You Know?

If you have not paid your taxes by the closing date, the Tax Collector cannot accept the payment. You will have to wait for a collection agency to reach out to you.

If you are a disabled veteran, you may be eligible for exoneration. Visit our “Resources” page to view helpful links.
